		<description>This sounds like the amazing salsa that they serve at Papalote in the Mission district of San Francisco!  Emulsified, flecks of fire-roasted chiles, unbelievably good. Every time I visit I grab a couple jars to bring home with me - it's definitely not something I can find anywhere else.  
Worth investigating....
