Giant crumbly mountains of Black Ledge Blue.
And creamy, stinky (in the good way) slabs of Hooligan.
Doesn’t the world just seem a whole lot more conquerable now?

I love love love Cato Corner Farm cheeses - and I had the pleasure of visiting the farm once; it’s gorgeous. The stinky Hooligan was a favorite - I don’t think I’ve had the Black Ledge Blue but it looks delicious.
